I cruised the Norwegian Pearl last week to Ocho Rios and Key West. It was the worst of the 8 cruises that I have been on. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to board. We waited in the hot sun, not knowing were the end of the line was as there were no NCL personnel available. After a woman passed out they gave us water. The shore excursions were not as advertised. We did the horseback riding which resulted in sending out clothes to the laundry and severe back pain for me. If you are a smoker, stay at home. You can only smoke on decks 7 and 12. Deck 12 smoking area is generally full. You must book the speciality restaurants before you board if you want to eat before 9 PM. If you don't have breasts, don't expect the bartenders at the Champaign Bar to notice you. You must get off of the ship early no matter how late your flight home is. After this experience, I will no longer consider an ocean cruise.
