Traveled with children

On the outside looks like there is so much to do, but it fell short with actual planned activities. Not enough for kids aside from the childcare. Unable to dock in Haiti due to weather. Smoking areas are terribly placed. No supervision in teen areas (and it was needed after hearing stories of inappropriate behavior), lack of discipline in the kids center (kids cussing and rude behavior unacceptable for 9-11 age group), too many restaurants that you have to pay additional money to attend ($25 and up per person), poor air quality in rooms (allergies flared after 1st day). There were more indoor activities than outdoor in open spaces - need more planned events, especially for kids. Reservations are required for all shows or you have to wait in a standby line and hope to get in (you must call guest services to reserve). I don't recommend My Time Dining unless you plan to be in line right at 5:30 or 7:45, otherwise you wait in line...for a while. In addition, the staff is not as friendly and welcoming. However, seated dining with supervisor Ronald, waiter Gerry, and assistant Kadesh was fantastic in the Grande Restaurant at 5:30pm.

Port Reviews

Falmouth

Getting transportation was a challenge as it was expensive for 4 people for me and the locals were rude and untrustworthy. Ended up taking a shuttle for $20 per person roundtrip. Thats excessive just to take a 30 minute trip to the beach where you have to pay $6 per person just to get in for 4 people.

Labadee

We were unable to dock due to weather and high waves.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Lack of direction of where to go and what to do with your bags. Stood in line waiting for the attendant to allow us to move to the window at customs way too long while others blew through the line before us.
