We chose this cruise as a graduation gift (High School) for our daughter(18). Originally planned on having a group of 4 (myself, my wife, and 2 daughters (18 and 22) however, we later decided to bring our 2 year old son and our oldest daughter's 3 year old autistic son (our grandson).
Within 2 hours of getting on the ship; we lost the 3 year old grandson in the buffet room for about 15 minutes. We asked at least 4 servers to help us and NOT a single one did - extremely disappointed!!! All they told us was to go down to deck 5 and wait for him to be found (we where on deck 11). We finally found him playing outside in the splash pad next to the pool - he can't swim.
Additional information for small children / infants: there is only one small splash pad for children with swim diapers, you can't use the slides, pools, kid hot tubes, etc if they wear swim diapers. In addition, the coordinated child activities are for children 3+ and out of diapers - daycare for an extra cost is available for children with diapers ($6/hour/child during the day; $8 at night). Last of all, the ship doesn't sell diapers or wipes so be sure to bring plenty - we ran out of wipes on the last night.
Cabin attendant (Agus) was phenomenal. He knew our names right off the bat and continuously asked about our day and what we would be doing the next. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive.
Traffic was bad getting to the dock and lines were extremely long getting through security / checking onto the ship.
