Booked because of recommendation of Carnival. This has been one of the most disappointing cruises we have ever been on. They have sacrificed aAmenities in order to squeeze more cabins on board. It feels like a "no frills ship". Nothing about it is quality. It feels as though we are being gouged at every turn. Everything is extra. Spa is a disgrace. We took the Spa floor in order to use the facilities. Unfortunately, there are 9 warming beds in a male/female room with the hot tub. I waited an hour and a half and finally left. People in the hot tub were noisy and they were right next to those on the hotbeds who were there to relax.

The bars were abundant, but after paying top dollar, could not even get a pretzel or aanthing with drink unless we went to store and purchased them separately.

The theater is very small and double as the night club. Therefore, we sat in chairs on a level floor and could not see the show from manager Dwayne from the stage. They were chairs that had been temporarily placed until the show was over. They were then moved to make way for the night club. Read more
