Second time sailing out of Baltimore and the cruise port in Baltimore did not disappoint. They are an efficient operation. Other cruise ports could learn from their procedures. Wished the same could be said about the remainder of the cruise. A definite decline in the quality of the food served on Royal Caribbean in both the main dining room and the infamous Windjammer. Grandeur is in need of some renovations and sprucing up which I understand is going to be done in a few months. Service was fair to good, but again the food left a lot to be desired. Entertainment was adequate with the exception of the Unexpected Boys who were spectacular. Definitely in need of some better activities on board. Bingo and towel folding and the standard old karaoke mixed in with various trivia contests leave much to be desired. Have been a fan of Royal but beginning to think it may be time to explore some other lines.
