Traveled with children

This was our first cruise. We (2 adults, 3 children) traveled another family (2 adults, 1 child). We had one balcony room and 2 interior. The balcony room was a tight squeeze with 3 people but as expected. The food was average. I was slightly disappointed with the MDR selections, and often had several appetizers rather than an entrée. The kids enjoyed the activities and the adults enjoyed the adult entertainment. We did not take any excursions and just got off in Freeport and Nassau and walked around on our own.

We were disappointed in the area for many of the family games. It was right outside the casino area and was very smoky. With 2 children with asthma, it made it difficult to enjoy the games.

The ship itself felt dark with the décor but it did not detract from enjoying our cruise.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

We had no issues at embarkation port. We forgot 2 of our boarding passes and they were able to print them in no time.

Freeport

We walked around on our own and spent time at Senor Frogs which was a blast.

Nassau

We walked around on our own and enjoyed the sights.
