My mother had been on the Oasis and had a wonderful time and she raved over the service.The Allure highly disappointed us all. So we chose the Allure for the ports it was going to. Needless to say Mother nature did not let us in to Haiti but, Jamaica was wonderful and our excursion was so fun! Cauzumel was fun and we enjoyed the shopping. We Booked a snorkeling trip that was great and the kids had a ball at the water park on the ocean. We were super happy as long as we were off he ship. Allure has some improvements to make on service. Our room was great. Could have been cleaned better. And just to put out there I am a very organized person. So it should have been a breeze for her to clean. We will never go on the Allure again. I would like to have say in the gratuity maybe that would put a little more kindness in your crew members. And a bartender will be happy to get you a bottle of water. I think the cruises need to go back to all inclusive. We felt nickle and dimmed at every corner we turned! And in what world would you put a cup cake shop with Ice cream and have to tell you kids NO! WAY OVER PRICED. If your going to charge for something like that you better make sure its a freaking good cup cake!!! SOOOOO WRONG!
