Cabin: Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Large Balcony

We booked a cruise on RC because our relatives from another country wanted to try it. I was afraid of the size and the reputation of this ship and I was right! The stateroom still had socks under the bed from the prior habitants! The steward was never around.

The food in the main dining room was just ok. It was obvious that a lot of it was prepared off ship and heated before served. The room service breakfast was cold and terrible! The casino was dirty. Empty drink glasses everywhere. Ashtrays never emptied. You have to reserve seats for every show. Never got into the Comedy shows. The pool area was over crowded and couldn't find any lounge chairs.

I vowed never to go on RC after our last experience and I should have stayed firm. On top of that. my wife and father both caught the flu on the ship and had to go to the doctor when we got back home. Too many people! You have to wait in line or push through crowds everywhere.
