This was our second trip on the Freedom, and this sailing will now put us in the "Emerald" C&A class as seasoned (but not loyal) RCCL cruisers. Please do your research, because a string of negative reviews compelled me to write a positive one.

The ship has a great layout with the weather-proof central promenade and plenty of music venues all within a relatively short distance. While we loved the Oasis last year, we prefer the slightly smaller ship and lack of needing reservations for shows and such. Hubby is a Flowrider addict and the opportunity for plenty of Advanced Stand-Up sessions kept him happy most of the week.

Our inside cabin felt small compared to recent balconies, but bed was super comfortable and cabin steward was great. I read about people asking for egg crates... so be sure to do that if your mattress is too firm. Water pressure and temp was excellent in the shower.
