We chose this particular cruise because we only had 5 days and had not been to Haiti nor Falmouth Jamaica. We had never cruised Royal Caribbean.

Loved the ship, it is beautiful. The entertainment was excellent and there was always something going on, shows, games, activities.

The service was mediocre, crew was not particularly friendly. The only room service ordered was daily, morning coffee and the dining services couldn't seem to get it right. Four out of five mornings the order was wrong...I ordered the same thing each time: 2 carafes of coffee, 2 cups 8 half and half and some splenda, for 2 people (equals 2 cups each). First morning, we got fruit, cereal, muffins, one pot of coffee and one pot of hot water. (lovely lady took food away after I convinced her we didn't order it). Second morning, one pot coffee. Third morning, NO coffee. I think they got it right on the forth morning. On the last morning, I did not know there was no room service for breakfast, and didn't know until I poked my head out of the cabin and found the hang tag still there.
