To begin with I need to say that we are (myself and my boyfriend) use to be fans of Norwegian and have a gold latitude members there. We been sail on Breakaway two years ago and it was fantastic, service, entertainment and overall we loved it. Yet, this year it was totally a mess, from the first to the last day.

First of all, our state room steward was horrible, we saw her only few times, she did not came to meet us at the beginning of the cruise and only two days after my birthday she asked me did you had a birthday yesterday? She did not vacuum in our room and when I could not walk on the carpet without pices of something sticking on my toes I asked her when you planing to vacuum in our room? She did not understand me so I end up showing her.

Second, stuff trough the ship like waiters, receptions etc was unfriendly. Third, variety of food got much less. Service in the restaurant was unprofessional and slow,nobody (Maitre D or Food managers) came to our table and asked about our dinner or our cruise overall. Read more
