Let me start by saying we are very experienced cruisers, we are Platinum with Carnival and have sailed on Disney and Royal Caribbean as well .

We have never been on the Magic and can never agree on anything for New years so this was the perfect choice. We left 12/31 for 7 days. It was myself, hubby, my 18 yr old daughter and her 20 yr old boyfriend. 2 rooms both an interior and a balcony both rooms were very clean and very nice, our Cabin steward was AWESOME .

Don't understand why people have any complaints about this ship....its pretty simple, If you don't like smoke, then don't go near the casino or the bar, right outside. NONE of us are smokers and we went to the casino several times and it did not bother me any. I never had any rude bartenders eithers, like I read in so many reviews. I also didn't have any problem finding 4 chairs ( together) on deck or on Serenity deck. challenging at times yes, but impossible nooo. I think some people just like to complain lol
