This was our third cruise. Travel into Tampa was fine, transportation to the ship was good and embarking was very smooth. We had to get up early for our flight though and we were pretty beat once we started leaving Tampa. It started raining and we ended up calling it an early night although we wanted to stay on deck as we went under the bridge (forget the name of it).

Spent a lot of time on the Promenade deck just relaxing again. We had fun with the daily trivia and Sudoku activity sheets. Our first port was Roaton Honduras. We went to Maya Key and loved it. However, there was some delay from when we got off the ship until the tour company got there. The snorkeling there was amazing. Lunch was great too; the sea bass was scrumptious. Day 2 was Belize City and we went on the Lamani river boat excursion to the Mayan ruins. The bus ride was long but the river boat was a lot of fun but we could have used more time exploring the ruins. The next day we were at Costa Maya and had to switch our excursion as the one we were booked for didn't have enough people :( However, they really knew how to handle the crowd. Everything was very well managed and labeled as soon as we got off the ship. We toured some Mayan ruins again and it was nice. The following day we were in Cozumel. We took the ferry to the mainland and grabbed the bus to Chichen Itza. The bus ride was long, but was well worth it. That place was amazing!!! Then back onto the ship and a couple relaxing days at sea until we got back home.

We cotinue to be impressed and very pleased with Royal Carribean. The food is good. The room attendants seem to care about makign your trip enjoyable. My wife and I consider crusie ships to be our motel that moves us to a new city each night! We have our next cruise already booked and are already looking for the one after that! The cabin was towards the very front and was loud, especially when arriving at port and/or dropping anchor.

Cabin Review

Cabin interior stateroom

At very end of hallway. Heard when anchor being dropped, kind of loud and room seemed to be the last one attended to.
