This cruise was chosen by my 16 year old as her birthday present. We had heard Celebrity was a good cruise line with a nice mix of young and older without being too geared one way or the other. We were not happy with most of the crew but the cabin steward was fabulous. Guest relations could use some work they only had one person in that department worth speaking to. My daughter enjoyed the teen club and the staff in there. The pool and public area were good. Getting off the boat at some ports was cumbersome, but all in all it was well worth it. Embarking was easy and fast, I think it would have been helpful to have clear instructions for all passengers, as we knew our room wouldn't be ready, others were not aware and it was confusing for them. We used select dining and it was perfect, as we typically eat at off times.
