This was my families first cruise so we decided to go with the Mariner of the Seas RCCL as it came highly recommended for teenagers.   The ship was huge and being Spring Break and full of passengers you never felt crowded out..  There was always a quiet place to go and hang out..   Food was excellent as was the service...  Cabins were clean and comfortable.. We were on the inside with a window looking down on the promenade...  We had an adjoining cabin with our kids so there was enough room..   We were totally looked after and the ship had so much to offer...  The only downfall is our daughter just turned 18 so there was not alot for her to do as she was too old for the teen area.   Being she was still in grade 12 that part seemed unfair..   She could go into the clubs and casino but couldn't have any drinks...  It was awkward as our son was 15 and they couldn't go into any of the activities together..  So they opted not too...  I was pleased that with all the children on board you didn't have them running around the ship... There were so many activities for them.   We are looking forward to cruising on the Oasis of the Seas next year or so....  Recommended for sure!!!

Cabin Review

Our Cabin was pretty good considering it's size..  It had a good layout.   Closet was good size for all of our dress clothing. We had the 8th floor which was the top of the windows looking down on the main promenade.. We could watch parades and such from our window..  Location was wonderful..  I was nervous as we did want a balcony but with 2 kids we had adjoining cabins.  Wasn't noisy at all..  We were located central ship so we had minimal movement...  We did feel a little bit of rocking on the way back to LA as it was quite windy out..  But no sea sickness...
