We were on the Silhouette last New Year's Eve and had such a good time that we came back. It was even better this year as it was a 9 day cruise with more days at sea. This year they had the Top Chefs who did demonstrations and some competitions as well as dining oopportunities. It was a nice change - it could have been better if we were able to see the cooking table - they need overhead cameras. They also had a 4 part iPhone course which was very good and well attended and I learned a lot. They should have handouts as there was too much to remember.

The food was absolutely delicious and we ended up eating in the MDR every night. Had breakfast on our verandas a couple of times and that was delightful. My favorite meal though is lunch at the Grill on the 14th floor of hamburger and fries! The small plates at the Aqua Cafe were delightul as well as the soft serve ice cream.

The entertainment was sensational especially the individual entertainers. We are basically sick of the revues as they seem to be the same all the time. These performers were top rate and I would see each and every one of them again. Outstanding were Jeri Sager, Jesse Hamilton and the Four Tenors of Rock - they rocked!!!

I meant to do it before we left and didn't so if Celebrity is reading this, they need to repair the right glass door on the balcony. We had to put a wedge in between to stop it from banging all night when it was windy. The wedge eventually blew off and we had to try to make a new one.
