Sail Date: Jan 2017
Cabin: Concierge Class 2

Our past experiences with Celebrity date back to the times of ships like Zenith, Galaxy und Century (1992-1999). We were quite disapponted with the present services. The ship ist old and our balcony rail was terribly rusty.

The Food was ok but not more (the Tuscan Grille food was great, but considering the surcharge of 45.- $ per Person also very expensive). The portions served are either very big or very small (so that we had to ask for a 2nd serving). All Special Happenings Need to be paid extra (Tapas and Sangria, sushi).

The self Service cafe was ok but we were missing the Food served in the passt (in 10 days found twice some shrimps, but plenty of US junk food).

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

The cabin was ok but we have seen much better on other cruise ships in similar Prices cabins. The shower curtain was too short so that we always had a wet bathroom. The beed Sheets were full of holes(!!!!), even after they had been changed. The cabin Steward was very slow and the cabin hardly ever made before noon (when returning from trips). A lot of things missing upon departure: bathrobes, bathroom amendities (what do we do with 5 conditioners and nothing else?), laundry bag, etc
