There were 8 of us on this cruise, most of us being first time cruisers and I can tell you, it wasn't a great experience.

As I had never been on a cruise before I had nothing to compare against but I do know that this ship was in no fit state to leave port.

My first impressions on arriving on the ship was not great. We were given our cabin numbers to our rooms which seemed a good size and clean. The bathroom shower was very good although tiles etc was very tired looking but that was to be expected being an old ship I guess. Plenty of hanging and drawer space and good size bed. Wasn't pleased about having to put all toilet paper in the bin and not down toilet though. Later to find out why as the toilets would not flush on a regular basis. Read more
