I just returned from a 6 day cruise on the Getaway with my family of 6 we had 3 cabins.

This was my 6th NCl cruise and my second on the Getaway. I prefer smaller ships but we chose this one as we had a broad range in ages in our party.

I can see things changing on NCL. There are significant cutbacks that used to be included. There is no longer any lobster in any of the speciality restaurants. You can buy it in the main dining room. I booked speciality restaurants so that we could have lobster and paid for them so we didn't want to pay yet again in the main dinning room. They have also removed some alcohol off the menu that used to be part of the ultimate beverage package. Example is Belvedere vodka (which is my preference) is now a fee. I also found the wine list for what is included has severely been cut back on selection and quality in my opinion.
