We where very excited to spend Christmas with our kids in this big ship!!, but we had a BIG disappointment, the food was always the same, poor quality, the crew tried the best , mostly everybody did not understand English. The elevators always full, sometimes take 10 minutes to go from level 11 to 14, cant walk due to a operation.

Entertainment average mostly boring , if you had the chance to actually see one because they where always cancel.Solarium for adults always full really hard to find a chair.

Every bar at the level 14 where full, never most than 2 barmen s to serve 15 people.

Cabin Review

The cleaner suppose to clean twice a day, when we were happy to actually see him , we give a tip with the idea he will look after us!!, no luck, the dust was done by me every day, the vacuuming none at all for 15 days, my sun suffers with asthma, we do blame him of course, but that supervisor who was on level 11 all day could have check herself if the cleaning was done up to standards. The beds where my kids sleep every night was hard same as sleeping on the floor, when you go camping, no nice when you pay $ 4000 FOR EACH ONE.
