My husband and i decided to bring my 8 years old son on a cruise we booked 11 month ago with Carnival Valor 2 weeks before sailing we get a e-mail saying there was a ship changed to Liberty we wore suppose to sail dec 15 at 4pm and board the ship for 12;30pm they change the time to 6pm boarding and 10 pm sailing no i called Carnival explaining i have a son with special needs and what was i suppose to do for 7 hours since my check out from my hotel out was for 11am the agent had no compassion saying there nothing they could do arriving at the Port the wait was a nightmare not organised at all the fire drill was a real joke arriving in the room the sprinkler wore full of dust curtain all broken the next morning i go see guest service cause my son got severe allergies and was coughing and eyes red they said nothing they can do finaly arriving in Bahamas thinking we at all day there cause was suppose to stay until 8pm just to find out we had to be back for 2;30pm what a waste of money on my last day we went to eat at the silver room my husband ordered bagel with cream cheese he find mold on the cream cheese all the said i sorry coming back home i called Corp Carnival just to be told there nothing the can do stay away from carnival go with Disney
