Food was absolutely disgusting. Presentation was poor and looked like a five year old had put something on a plate. No consistency. We would order the same dish and it looked completely different.

The shows were not that great particularly The Dream. I wanted to fall asleep. Not at the standard of other ships. There was no WOW factor at all.

Guest services could not make any decisions or explain any discrepancies, they gave no explanation for why things had gone wrong. No customer service at all. The head guest services man was extremely rude and not up to dealing with angry and disappointed and disgruntled passengers. Mirrored the behaviour of angry passengers. Unprofessional and disgusting.
