The ship is older than others i've traveled on, but it was clean. The cabin stewards are friendly and efficient. The entertainment was mixed- good shows;however the comedians weren't great. The band was excellent, but the solo performers were so-so(most could play well, but didn't sing well). Food was ok, also not as good as previous cruises.

I like carnival because of the serenity areas; however, this one was small- the jacuzzi and pool were very small. I did like the indoor jacuzzi in the spa area. i especially liked the fact that you did not have to do a spa activity to go in the jacuzzi.

The shore excursions we did through the ship were no where near as good as ones I have done elsewhere or booked myself! The swim with dolphins in puerta vellarta wasn't swimming. We stood on a platform- it was an encounter, not swim. A LOT of money for not actually swimming with them. We got to hold on to their flippers once and were dragged around the small pool. Have been swimming with dolphins in islamarada, fl and cancun which were much better!
