Knowing this was 'family Holiday time" I expected children...I did not expect the lack of enforcing pool/hot tub rules where THE KIDS RULED...so gave up on pool time. The extra charges are getting outrageous. I called ahead, I spoke at embarkation and still my luggage was held for non-payment of corkage fee of $30 the first nite. Room service incurs charges even for coffee/yogurt. Main dinner menu was lackluster UNLESS you opted to choose a specialty item costing you additional. Service could use more training in some of the dining rooms. Shows were wonderful and seating ample until the latecomers/children sat on the steps causing danger for the other patrons in the dark. The activities were okay but not well advertised as to location, date and times...when you have a large group waiting for an event that did not materialize. The staff was pleasant but not well informed. LaCucina an extra charge is located under the basketball court so the noise is bothersome. Art Auction goes on while you attend a Paid Event of Wine Tasting. The atrium lacks enough space to enjoy some of the activities. The rooms are small and lighting and TV poor. Sorry, but I have to be honest.
