Koningsdam is the best ship in the HAL fleet.

Ignore the critics of this beautiful vessel. The ship is awesome, the theater was terrific, the food excellent in all venues, the shows greatly improved, and the overall experience was just spectacular.

Loved Sel de Mer (order the escargot, fois gras, Dover Sole and Branzino). Also loved the Grand Dutch Cafe (order the pea soup, fries, ham and cheese sandwich, and apple pie). Pinnacle was also outstanding. Main Dining Room was great on gala nights though challenging on other nights. We found the service in the dining room and throughout the ship to be excellent.
