Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Junior Suite

First off this size ship is not our favorite. We miss the many various venues available on the bigger ships and also miss sitting in the Promenade sipping our evening tea and people watching.

The ship was full but I was amazed at the various snafu's that took place during the course of our 5 day cruise.

Our wait staff at dinner was overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with us. We aren't a demanding group but the first night it took us 1 hour and 15 mins. to be served our entrees. People requesting an extra lobster tail on formal night were instructed they had to finish their meal before a new complete dinner could accommodate them just to get another lobster tail. They should have had the waiter asking customer's if they would like another lobster and then bringing them around for the group as we have previously enjoyed. Empty drink glasses littered the table each night and it was a thrill to get a refill on our iced teas. I just felt that maybe they have cut back on wait staff making the job that much harder for the entire dining room team.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

Nice cabin but again the room steward seemed to be bogged down. We would leave for breakfast in the morning and return 2 hours later and the cabin hadn't been made up. Another feature that we never had on other ships.
