This was the longest cruise that we have been on, and first time on Princess. The entire trip was very enjoyable. The ship was nicely decorated for the holidays, and never seemed crowded. We had an balcony cabin that was great for transit of the Panama Canal. Our Stewart did an excellent job keeping our room in order; however we only got 'towel animal' twice during our 15 day cruise. (no big deal really, just on the other cruises it was fun to come in at night with a different 'towel origami' on our bed each night).....We had anytime dinning and never had to wait for a table no matter what time we ate. Food was okay, I can't think of anything I was head of heels in love with except for the chocolate desserts....Plenty of selections in the Horizon buffet although it was the a lot of the same things everyday. Entertainment was great and lots of activities to choose from including many holiday themed ones. I wish we had a little more time at each port as some of them were very short. Overall we had a great time and I can't think of one negative remark about the trip. Will definitely will cruise with Princess again...

Nice, shower a little small but overall had plenty of room and space.

Port Reviews

Cartagena (Colombia)

Nothing spectacular, but it was interesting and the guide was great.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Embankment went without any problems and relativity quickly. Got off the plan at 1:00pm on the boat by 2:30pm....

Aruba

We only had about 5 hours on the port, and we got there at 7:00am so all the stores were closed until about 8:30am-9:00am. We just walked around and did some shopping. Wish we had longer at the port.

Huatulco

Much more walking on this excursion then I thought there was going to be. The boat ride was the best part of this tour. They must of overbooked because some of the people did not get to ride on the horse drawn carriage part of the city tour. Food was not that great. We also was more then 30 mins late back to the ship. Good thing we booked with the cruise line or we would of been left at the port.
