We chose this cruise as it was convenient for us on the West coast and as we are a small family of 5 (parents, 2 adult sons & 1 fiancé) it was an excellent way to spend the Christmas holidays. Although embarkation was delayed because of norovirus on the previous cruise, it went quickly and smoothly and once on board we did not have to wait long for our cabin.

We were disappointed in our cabin as there were three of us and we had specifically requested a cabin with a sofa or lower bed but the bed was located in the ceiling. However, our cabin steward quickly brought a rollaway bed for us. The cabin is ideal for 2 but a little bit cramped for 3.

The cruise was fully booked and because of the fact we could not serve ourselves, there were long lines at Horizon Court for the first 3 days, particularly on the first day. We decided to go to the Salty Dog and were lucky to be early as long lines formed once the tables were filled. Long lines at the buffet eased once the health restrictions were lifted and more stations were opened up. Entertainment was excellent and we enjoyed the port stops.

Cabin B2

A bit cramped for 3 people. Lots of storage space. Enjoyed the refrigerator. Excellent TV channels and lots of movies.
