Completely disorganized ship, no one takes accountability besides the wait staff for the customer experience. Been on three carnival cruises and this ship was most boring, cruise director fell short in getting the passengers involved in activities. Carnival kids a disappointment normally I can't get my child out of the centre however on this cruise she wanted no part in the centre. I observed a few times and found the children left to their own once again with lack of organization.

The eagle room where the comedy shows were held was always packed for the shows and they would ask to have the first show viewers empty out in order to get the second show viewers in that had been in line up for at least 30 minutes. Who wants to spend their time in line on vacation hoping to get a seat for a show and why should one need to leave their seat not able to watch second show. What amused me was the Trium which would seat everyone e had been booked at same time as comedy show with BINgo- after all making money takes precedence. The captain and his posse decided to take walk through the ship one evening only to hold their heads up high with no acknowledgement to passengers. My child stared at this group of men all dressed in white and I told her he was the captain responsible for the ship but captain and posse once again could not be bothered to acknowledge passengers. Most importantly the children.
