We have cruised with RCI on 7 occasions and with the exception of this last cruise, they were all sensational. RCI appears to have cut back on staff as the service levels have dropped dramatically. For the first time we experienced relatively long waits at bars to get drinks. At times the guests were 4 or 5 deep to get a drink, in particular around the pool bars. Remember when drink waiters were walking around the pool decks and almost annoying you with drink requests????? well that aint happening anymore. At best we saw 3 waiters servicing up to 1500 or so guests.

The ships appearance was ok, possibly needs an external coat of paint but very clean.

The cabin was very good and our room attendant was also very good.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E2

Cabin was adequate and very well serviced. Mid Ship and very little movement was felt.

Port Reviews

Isle of Pines (New Caledonia)

As always a beautiful location with plenty of activities. Swimming Snorkelling, Shopping and a lovely scenic bar.
