Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Mid-Ship Oceanview Stateroom with Large Picture Window

Am an extremely experienced cruiser and this was my second time doing this particular cruise. Was not interested in ports. Sailed on this cruise to enjoy the good times and company of friends.

1-Check-in was the worst ever 2 to 3 hour wait to check in and board. There was atour group from China with 1000 guests. The cruise line said that delay was due to a new Homeland Security form that was needed. No Chinese speaking check-in personnel. Why wasn't there a separate check-in for a group that size? I am certain NCL knew in advance about this tour group and did nothing to accommodate them or us. Wait, wait, wait. Unacceptable.People got on the ship tired and angry.

2- No one on the ship to greet us. Treated like we were boarding a subway car.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Oceanview Stateroom with Large Picture Window

Cabin entryway so narrow that bags barely got through. Room service could not carry a tray straight through. No couch in room.
