Just a three day get away for New Years Eve. The ship is old, tired and very dirty. The rooms tiny (we had a mini suite) NOT. Cabin Attendant good. The quality of soap and shampoo so poor we went to store and bought our own. The service in the restaraunts the worse I've every experienced anywhere. Waiters slow, rude and made you feel it was a bother asking for something. One evening we experienced over one hour wait to be seated for dinner (with a pre-cruise reservation). Buffet dining always smelled bad. Food in dining room average. Norwegian may be good for the college crowd but we are a group of retired experienced cruisers and it was so bad we had to laugh. One night my friend asked for a second vodka at dinner and the server responded "ANOTHER?" I reached out to officers on board with feedback and replied to their survey. No one contacted me. Never again Norwegian, shame on you!
