We are from the USA, but live in Asia, and flew into Singapore the Day of the Cruise. I call this the ship of fools due to the insanity on the Boat - This is our 22nd cruise and 4th on the Princess Line. Boy were we snookered. Embarkation was silly - online checking was ignored and we basically had to redo the online check up - Asia is warm, so they had a long line under a glass tube, with the sun heating us up. By the time I got on the boat, my shirt was soaked through.

Ship management was never seen, tendering process was the worse I have ever seen. It was taking up to four hours to get to shore - madness.

The food on the boat was uneatable - I was shocked that Princess Cruises has degraded to this degree - They were constantly harassing us to use the hand sanitizer - at the same time allowed people to fill there water bottles after they but the bottles in their mouths. I am sorry, the hand sanitizer is not a cure all for health issues. The pizza and burgers were awful. Read more
