This was our 9th Cruise, eight of our cruises have been on a Disney ship and this was our first Royal Caribbean cruise.

The ship is huge! So much to see and do each day that you will never get bored. My five star review is based on price paid! We paid about £6000 for our week cruise and on our last couple of Disney cruises we have paid almost £10,000 so this cruise was around 40% cheaper! The boat does feel more four star than five star, the service is not as good as Disney and the the staff on the whole are average. Im not saying that service was bad is was ok but nobody exceeded my expectations

Disembarkation was awful, we queued for around an hour for customs, Getting off the boat was easy but clearing US Customs was awful! Im guessing the is the same every week so be prepared for wait! Maybe get off first if you are in a hurry and allow at least 90 minutes.
