HAL has a great reputation and the ports of call were great, we had been on the Rotterdam in 2010. We had great service, breakfast and dinner served in our cabin was always on time and hot.

The port seminars, historical and art seminars were very good and the entertainment was also very good with a lot of variety. The computer and camera classes were very useful.

We appreciate HAL for having a priest on board with daily mass. Our first priest injured himself and left the ship in Rome and we had a replacement the next day.

We had problems with the toilet flooding and the AC/Heat Unit stopped working about 3/4 of the way into the cruise. There was noise from the deck above us early in the morning with chairs/carts scraping across the deck.
