Chose this cruise as a family Christmas surprise, with our daughter and two grandchildren, 8 & 14. Notified too late to cancel that we were to go to Port Kembla instead of Lifou !!

When I complained the response was that we could cancel and lose our money and "look at the fine print re:ports. Lots of guests complained about this and received the same response.

Cruise was over run by kids running amok; up and down in the elevators, causing breakdowns on a regular basis.Kids in adult only spas, while crew stood around and said nothing. Read more
