Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Junior Suite

We went on this cruise as a family holiday cruise. The ship was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had a variety of cabins, all of them were good sized and well taken care of by the staff. The only complaint was the lack of bathroom amenities which I have to agree is a sad cut back. We had a Jr Suite, so we shared ours with the rest of the family.

The dining room experience was mixed. We had an amazing assistant waiter and a very good waiter. The beverage steward was over worked with too many table to take care of in his section. He also wasn't efficient when he asked for orders. He never should have left the table before checking to see that everyone's needs were met. The food was good overall. Meat was done to specifications and the appetizers were amazing. They did run out of escargot on night 4, but that is the food and beverage managers fault. Then lobster was perfectly done and offered extras without having to ask.

The shows were good. The comedian was fun, Grease was well done for being on a ship, the ice show was amazing according to my family. The only disappointment was the Foreigner cover band/Journey / I really don't know what he was doing group.

Perfect size for the 3 of us. We love the walk in closet and the bathtub. The blankets are a little worn, but still a beautiful room
