We choose this cruise due to the great value for Christmas week. Embarking was easy as well as getting off. Never got off that quickly with luggage and through customs all in 15 minutes. The ship was wonderful with caring staff who went out of their way to please. Love the cruise entertainment at the pool it was non stop with exercising and great games all day. there are places to go for quiet as well. The food was fabulous with so many selections. It was hard to fund a spot in the buffet but you could always get a table not sure why so many said you can't, Guess people just like to complain. I am the first to be critical but I loved this cruise line and booked another for next December on the Seaside and I cannot wait. Entertainment at night was great so many places to go and do things I am always the one who goes back to the room after dinner but not on this ship up til midnight and later. In the black crab for dinner it was quick service, again not sure why people are complaining it took around one and a half hours sometimes quicker. Great wait shout out to Thomas second seating you were the best. Our stateroom attendant was friendly and very helpful as well thanks Nelson for our stay. Candance and Tyler for daytime and evening entertainment were so much fun and very professional hope you are on the Seaside or at least train new people what you do. Getting on the ship was good about 15 minutes till you get on the boat but it would be great if you could do the credit care then not on the ship. Getting off was incredible. They called our color and within 15 minutes we had our luggage and were through customs. Try this cruise line you will be happy you did
