Clean and practical but rather narrower that we are used to from other ships

Our 11th Cruise as a couple

Food - very good

Table availability in Windjammer - poor

Restaurant bookings meant nothing as we had to wait 20 minutes for a table on day 2

Stateroom and service - very good

Room service - poor menu (eg no cheese plates)

Social communication via Cruise Compass -  very poor and inaccurate 

Formal nights - when and where were they?Restaurant booking and organization - are you kidding - it was awful

Technology shows - hard to see live shows in the Two70 venue

Royal Theater - poor design as some seats have a blocked view of the stage and most are difficult to access

Lack of Ballroom Dance classes and other adult "fun" things to do

Embarkation was quick and efficient

Dis-embarkation in Sydney was chaotic

Drinks were of inconsistent quality from bar to bar

Entertainment was OK

Windjammer ran out of cereal and oatmeal halfway into the voyage

Windjammer closed for dinner at 9pm

Queues for Guest Services were up to 45 mins wait time

Great refrigerator!
