NCL's Baltic Jewel - Could this be Paradise?

Having read many reviews about this cruise I felt a little unsure of what to expect. However, working on the basis that it is human nature to complain rather than praise I was determined to enjoy this experience. I was not disappointed and now it is over I really find it hard to comprehend some of the adverse comments.

Long delays at embarkation in Dover? - we arrived at 11.10am and were onboard at 12.10pm. Very efficient and pleasant process.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Inside

Cabin IA

Inside cabin adjacent to midships elevator. Great location as a base for a large ship. No problem with trying to locate your cabin amongst the seemingly endless long corridor of doors. Not a large cabin but adequate for us, two quite large peaople. Ample storage, wardrobe, and shelf space. Shower cubicle will be big enough for even the largest of guests - a bonus in a small cabin space! One floor below busy buffet restaurant, with some noise when diversion rope barriers were engaged at beginning and end of closed periods, though never very late at night.
