Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Ocean View Stateroom
Traveled with children

The interior of the cabin looks modern and new on the first day of the cruise. But the second bed wasn't setup on the arrival even the booking was made with 3 person in my cabin.

However, due to shortage of housekeeping staff, the room was not well maintain/ clean after few days at sea. The housekeeping staff for my stateroom has try his best on keeping the room clean, but with the amount of staterooms he needs to keep, he just couldn't keep up.

The shower gel dispenser in my mum's room was broken on the third date of the trip, and the dispenser has never been fixed during the 15 nights trip.

My cabin was located on Level 3, and I have experienced lots of noise within the cabin, first thought the noise was due to sea wave, but we experienced the noise even the ship was at port. The noise seems like generated by activities from the deck below (level 2 - crew only level).
