First let me address the positive points of this cruise. The entertainment was awesome! Of the six cruises we have been on, this one by far had the superior entertainment. The quality of singers, dancers, live band, etc. was great. We even went to one performance twice. The cruise director did a great job.

The food was very good. The wait staff was great - attentive, friendly, helpful. Sabitini's was also excellent. Try their veal chop as it is delicious and well worth the cover charge. Every day there are a couple of happy hours at different locations - 2 for 1 plus $1 which was a great value. We also enjoyed the fish and chips at the pub lunch that was held twice on this cruise.

The staff was wonderful -friendly and helpful.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BF

Standard Princess balcony cabin. Good location on ship. It was a little tired and could use some updating but was clean and definitely met our needs.

Port Reviews

Puerto Vallarta

We just walked around the port and bought a few souvenirs. Venders were fairly aggressive but as soon as you let them know that you were just looking, the they backed off.

Aruba

Had a mudslide (really good) and grouper wrap on patio at Paddock's next to the water. Really nice.

Puntarenas (Puerto Caldera)

Port is nothing much. There is a market with some interesting items but if you want to do something at this port, take an excursion.

Huatulco

Good restaurants right on the beach.

Los Angeles

We stayed in Long Beach and took a cab to the port.
