Chosen for warm area of cruise, the Caribbean. This cruise with MSC was a dreadful experience, our worst ever cruise of 15. Bad cabin, noisy, cigarette smoke from a/c unit no chair. Very poor food in quality and choice, almost always nearly cold. Very poor entertainment, repeated after each 7 days.Had to pay for every drop of water, none on lunch or dinner table, no after dinner coffee, none en-suite. MSC charge for everything, they bleed passengers of their cash. The staff booking us off and back on at ports of call were all surly and looked as if they would rather be doing something else. The customer relations manager, to whom we compalined would not listen to all we had to say., just wanted to hear her own voice and blamed travel agent for most of our woes. Ridiculous. The ship was just one mass of noise and congestion. Never again with MSC Cruises.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin I2

Dreadful. No chair, just a low, back breaking pouffe.Stale cigarette smoke entering vis air conditioning unit. No en suite tea or coffee facilities. The cabin is as far away fro restaurants as is possible. Long trails every meal The only positive was that the cabin steward was very good.
