My family and another friend chose the MSC Divina because Kids Sail Free (under 12) and we had a 9 and 10 year old with us. Plus, the website had a 12-drinks-free offer / traveler if you got the "Fantastica Experience," which we did. So, the value was undeniable. I'll start with the positives...

1. The ship is in great shape. I mean, it's truly a beautiful vessel in tip-top condition. From the bars to the restaurants to the cabins, it was a comfortable, well-built ship.

2. The servers, porters and cleaning crews are very good.
