Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Balcony Stateroom

We had heard mixed reviews about MSC cruises but the price was right and we decided to give them a shot.

Boarding - Things did not get off to a good start. We arrived at the port at 1:55 - five minutes before our assigned arrival time only to find a very, very long line. It took us an hour and 15 minutes to go through the boarding procedure. It would have taken longer but they put us on the special needs line - why I don't know.

Shows - The shows were, by far, the best we've ever seen on a cruise.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Our cabin - Fantastica - on the twelfth deck had an oversized balcony that could easily accommodate the usual chairs and ottoman plus two chaises. The balcony was very private and allowed us to sunbathe nude. The cabin could have used more storage space. We are experienced cruisers and don't over pack.

Port Reviews

St. Maarten

Spent a great nude day at Club Orient. $7/pp each way on a van. $14 for 2 chassis - too windy for an umbrella ($6). We always cruise to St. Martin so we can go to Club Orient.

Miami

Too crowed, terrible parking.
