We Chose to try Norwegian because we have cruised with most all other cruise lines and had not tried them yet and had heard it was comparable to Royal Caribbean.

NOT TRUE ! 1. we didn't meet or room steward until the 4th day. 2. My wife wanted a Mojito from the main bar by the pool, we were told me would have to go to another deck and get it.

3. We weren't told when we booked that is was fall break and there would be double the kids, there was 1500 kids on board. A e mail or phone call should happen warning passengers that didn't book with kids giving them an option to change dates as that is a way above normal amount of kids. There was a ton of other people we talked to on the ship that were very upset about this, several complaints were made to the ship director.
