the cabin was not very clean there was stuff left in the drawers from previous people 
 the maid was not very friendly

we boarded ship on the 16 of december

 first of all there was NO SMOKING  in the casino most people who gamble smoke and the machines did not pay off you did not even win to keep playing

 big casino always empty

 the food was a lot of pasta never any beef, the dinning room the food was small portions and even on formal nights people were going to buffet to eat

 in buffet you would ask where drinks were the staff would tell you it was down there never offered to get it for you i was with 2 80 year old people and they had to walk around looking for drinks

 if you smoke like i do you had to go to the 14 th floor where it was windy and not covered

so if it was raining you could not smoke there was a smoke room on the 6 th near casino it was always full 

 i have done about 60 cruises and this was the worst one i have ever been on  food service 

when we got off ship on the 23 rd  (we parked our car in section c as the one close to the ship was closed  ) we tried to get transport to go get our car and none of the buses would take us they were too busy getting people who were getting on the cruise after 1 and a half hours i asked a police man if he could help us as i am 67 and the 2 people with me were in there 80s 

 the buses did not want to take people to get there cars they were coming with full buses and leaving empty but the policeman got the bus driver who just let passengers off to take us to our car i had asked the driver and he said he did not go there but he did it for the policeman 

 this was Miami port  we normally parked our car at a parking place and get a shuttle to the ship 

 at the port it was $160 parking fee for the 7 days  you would think they had a better transport to the ship after charging that amount 

 i will NEVER  go on that line again food bad service bad
