Cabin was smaller then what i thought it would be.. Balcony. all the dining was great with the exception of a hostess who greeted me for a reservation i had at cagneys. she told me she did not see my reservation, said they were booked that evening and that i could go somewhere else and come back tomorrow.. she had a lousy attitude and was rude. i went across the way to moderno's - it was great. the next evening, i returned to cagney's and show the hostess my paper copy of my reservation confirmation from the previous night i had, and she just gave me a roll-eyed look. she should not be greeting at the door with an attitude like this. i felt i was not professional at all to handle a customer like this... Me or anyone else. every other place was fine and food was great people were nice.
Two slot attendants: cesar & predrag...(casino) they were tops! they could not do enough for my mom & myself. they were courteous, friendly, always smiling, willing to assist if needed. truly a friendship i will never forget them... They are the best !!! they are an asset to ncl. i hope they truly get rewarded for all they do.. And they enjoy their job too. all casino's could take lessons from them.. great customer service... And they really do enjoy their jobs... Its not fake.
I had requested a Balcony for handicapped.. they told me it was not available when I booked it, but would put a chair in shower if need for my 87 yr. old Mom.. well did not have chair in shower.. but it worked out ok. Room did seem a little smaller than I expected, a larger bathroom would have worked a lot better for me to take care of my Mom.
The Room Stewart - Rody - was very nice.. an attentive.. Kudo's to him.
