This was our 8th Cruise on Royal Caribbean and 11th overall. The ship is lovely; however, the staff is beyond disgruntled and rude. We encountered more discontent and a general lack of customer service on this sailing than all previous sailings combined. Here is a brief list of the major infractions:

1. The security systems routinely "locked up" so disembarking at ports or for tenders would easily back up lines. For instance, in Port Canaveral, lines were incredibly backed up and people were line hopping to expedite disembarking to catch shore excursions. As our family line hopped, we were one of the lucky winners to have the system lock up. Security had to reboot the system and it took 8 minutes for our family of 4 to scan our sea-passes. This put us well behind our tour group and as we ran with our 7 y/o and 4 y/o to catch the group, they were already loaded on buses. The tour guide yelled at us for taking our time and ushered us the bus where we couldn't find 4 or even 2 seats together. Again, our tour guide blamed us and made our kids cry.

2. We had My-Time dinning. Our kids (7 and 4) wanted chocolate milk and apple juice. Our Wait staff said "no, we don't have that" and offered our kids soda.
