Sail Date: Dec 2016
Cabin: Crown Loft Suite with Balcony

The Oasis was overbooked (6400 guests) where accomodations required cramming tables and passengers into dining room hallways and pathways. Ship staff appeared to be overwhelmed. Engagement from staff was linmited and the culture seemed to not be "customer first". Even with the purchase of drink package, many requests required additional costs or charges to account. Always felt that there was the goal to get more money from each transaction.

Our stateroom attrendant and dining table staff were great. Wished that the many other employees would have half of that type of energy. Dining room food was well prepared. We did not feel the need to spend additional money for specialty dining services. Room service was quick and well presented.

Entertainment programs, shows and activities added value and were enjoyed by this party. Seating was not a problem with reservations made prior to cruise.
